Refunds/Returns

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact XOXO BEAUTIQUE within 2 days of receiving your item at xoxobeatique@gmail.com


Color results: Color results vary and a refund or free pair are not granted for color results (i.e. opened item(s). 


Incorrect address: If you entered your address incorrectly and you do not receive your package, you can file a missing mail claim directly with USPS (United States Postal Service @ https://www.usps.com/) and work with them to get your package. All orders are shipped out using an automated generator using the address that you provide during check out as a standard process. Xoxo Beautique is not responsible for orders that have been shipped out to the incorrect addresses. 


Refunds for unused/unopened items (if applicable): To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your email confirmation will suffice.

Please send your product back to the address on your receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If  approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on transaction timing. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at xoxobeautique@gmail.com.

Sale items:
Sale items are not eligible for refund. 

Exchanges: Only unopened items can be exchanged. Send us an email at xoxobeautique@gmail.com to coordinate your exchange. You are responsible for any shipping fees associated with your exchange. 


Gifts:Gifts are not eligible for return/exchange. 


Shipping Returns:To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address on your receipt. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of all shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
